Moonlight in the Garden
Before you get your hopes up, please note that this event is already sold out online, so the main reason we’re posting this is to encourage you to become a member of JC Raulston Arboretum so you are notified about their upcoming events and get a chance to buy early tickets to events at a discounted price. If you’ve never been to the Arboretum, check it out, it’s a great place to spend an afternoon relaxing or walking and talking with a friend.

Also, if you’re one of those guys who isn’t good at doing “thoughtful” things for your girl, just take her here and buy her something that she smiles at. haha Click the link above to visit their Facebook event or click here to visit their website: vintagemarketdays.com

This event takes place at the Harley dealership just off South Saunders as your head out of downtown. A $10 donation will get you all you can eat (til they run out), serving/judging begins at noon.
Woodworking Course – Cutting Board
If you’re looking for something different give this a try! A woodworking course where you construct your own cutting board.. Tickets are $55 and seats are limited, but its a great way to spend a dreary afternoon and in the end you get a custom cutting board that will last you for years…

Happy Cranksgiving!
This is one of those feel good fun events! In short, you met up at Crankarm and then ride your bike to go get groceries and such for the needy, so they can have a happy thanksgiving. Crank Arm has partnered with local organizations to make sure you’re helping someone close to home have a better holiday. The good news is, the rain should have passed and it’s likely to be a nice crisp November day to do something fun that will help spread the joy!
