All Weekend Long:
SEEK Raleigh is a series of free events, performances and a festival at Dorothea Dix Park on May 31 and June 1. Friday May 31, 5-10:30 pm: SEEK Raleigh 2019 kicks off with night-time projections, movies, installations and performances.
Friday May 31st:
Tree Angels for Haiti is hosting a night of good, clean fun at Goodnights Comedy Club featuring Andrew Santino! All proceeds will benefit TAFH future projects in Haiti. Be sure to tell your family and friends to come share in the fun times while supporting a worthy cause. Tickets are only $29 and may be purchased via PayPal, on our website. Great date night, girls night out or time to chill with your fellas! See you there!
Join us at Prairie Ridge Ecostation, which is only 1 mile from the NC Museum of Art to view the stars during the Statewide Star Party, an exciting part of the NC Science Festival! See the stars and planets through telescopes compliments of the Raleigh Astronomy Club, get answers to your astronomy questions, and learn how YOU can help scientists learn more about our universe while having fun doing astronomy and night sky activities for all ages. This event is open to the public at no charge, so stop by for some starry fun. Don’t forget your flashlight — it’s going to be dark!
Saturday June 1st:
The Repticon team brings you another great two-day reptile show and sale. Repticon shows have been running across the country for the past decade. This show features everything that you’ve come to love most about Repticon’s two days of fun and excitement! See live animals from around the world, purchase pets and pet products direct from the experts at amazing prices you won’t find anywhere else, and learn more about reptiles and exotic animals at live seminars and demonstrations. Repticon Raleigh is one reptile and exotic animal expo that you can’t afford to miss!
You can bring your dog to this movie! Before the screening of Isle of Dogs, join in the festivities featuring local vendors, music, dog arts and crafts, demonstrations by the American Kennel Club, a splash zone, and more! The first 750 dogs to arrive get a free travel water bowl. Local rescue organization Saving Grace is bringing adoptable dogs (dogs cannot be adopted directly at the event). Activities from 6:30-8:30 pm; movie begins at 9.
This is a great line up of awesome music of different genre’s happening at Kings. Kings is always a fun venue for music, bring your friends, spouse or whatever. It will be a lot of fun!
Sunday June 2nd:
This is a FREE event that is family and pup friendly! The Raleigh DIY Punk Rock Flea Market is from 12-6pm June 2nd (rain date 6/16/19)! There will be handmade art and local vendors, food trucks, live bands, record swap, and more!
