About the organization:
MPBF began as a small rescue in 2012. We have grown into a foundation composed of a large number of volunteers throughout the state of North Carolina. We are a donation based 501c3 non profit and all dogs in our program are in foster homes. We strive to promote responsible pet ownership, oppose BSL (Breed Specific Legislation), and work with families in need to help them keep their beloved pets with our ROCCs (Resources for Owners and Canine Companions) program. We partner with many local organizations to promote the values of responsible rescue. All of our efforts are a direct reflection of our mission: Improving the lives of bully-type dogs and the people who love them. With the support of our followers and volunteers we have been able to save hundreds of bully type dogs throughout the years.
