Raleigh’s Best
Sushi Restaurants
About a month ago we asked our members to vote for Raleigh’s best Sushi Restaurant on Facebook (Click here to vote or check current results). We started the poll with 5 sushi restaurants and thanks to our members we now have over 20 restaurants being voted on. So far we’ve had about 200 votes and here are the results at the time of this post.
1st Place: Tasu
Tasu received over 30% of the vote. There are two Tasu restaurants in the Raleigh area, one in Brier Creek and one in Cary. They offer Buy 1 Get 1 sushi rolls all day every day for their dine in guests. With almost 1 out of every 3 people saying Tasu is the best sushi in Raleigh, if you haven’t tried it, you should add it to your to do list!
2nd Place: Mura
Mura received about 20% of the vote. It’s located in the very popular North Hills shopping center. Some people say Mura can be a pricey but everyone says Mura is delicious. Mura is great for those special occasions when the night has to be perfect!
3rd Place: Sono
Sono is located on Fayetteville Street in Downtown Raleigh. They have a beautiful little set up in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. They also offer some good weekly specials including a four course dinner for $25 on Mondays.
4th Place: Waraji
Waraji is located in northwest Raleigh near Glenwood Avenue (Hwy 70) & Duraleigh Road. They are known for their fresh sushi and extensive appetizer list but also for their selection of Sake and rice based beers.
5th Place: Sushi Nine
Sushi Nine is probably the one on this list you haven’t heard of. They are located off Western Blvd near the NC State campus. Sushi Nine may not be much to look at from the outside but you’ll probably be impressed with what they’ve done with the inside. They also have buy one get one sushi all day every day.

Someone has hijacked your link to Tasu. It connects to another place in Durham. Also the Sushi9 link does not open
Thanks man, from what I can tell they’re all pointing to the right place. But they don’t have stuff right on their end.
